She doesn’t have magical powers or a dark past; she just runs a cake shop and provides absolute, unconditional support for her intimidating-looking son. The way she instantly welcomes Kaoruko and practically adopts her on the spot is peak wholesome energy. Sometimes you don’t need to fight a Holy Grail war, you just need a mom who bakes amazing pastries and actually listens to her kid.
