Loid bends over backwards for Anya: he’s constantly on the verge of a nervous breakdown over her schoolwork, panics when she cries, and even enlists half a secret intelligence agency just to reenact her favorite cartoon in a rented castle. Loid constantly strives to be the perfect father and gets genuinely frustrated when he falls short, making his journey as an adoptive dad incredibly endearing.
